Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Christine A. Amalfe, Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Department, was honored by the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA) with their esteemed Women’s Initiative & Leaders in Law (WILL) Platinum Award.

NJWLA honored twelve accomplished women from the judicial, public, corporate, and private law firm sectors at the NJWLA 2008 Platinum Gala on Wednesday April 9, 2008. The organization’s main objective was to host a program that would honor women from a diverse cross-section of the legal community and highlight their exceptional individual achievements, their commitment to the development of the legal profession, and their sustained contributions to gender equity challenges. Ms. Amalfe was one of three honorees in the private law firm category.

“For many years, Gibbons and our clients have benefited from Christine’s exceptional skill and commitment,” says Patrick C. Dunican, Jr., the firm’s Chairman and Managing Director. “We are proud that other organizations value her contributions to women throughout the New Jersey business community.”
