Rita represents numerous clients in all areas of estate and wealth planning, including lifetime and testamentary trusts; business succession planning; charitable giving; and estate and trust administration. She lectures frequently on estate planning and estate administration and has published numerous trusts and estates articles.

Rita focuses on the representation of individuals, closely-held businesses, charitable organizations, and individual and corporate fiduciaries in all aspects of estate, gift, and income tax planning; charitable planning; and business succession planning.  She frequently works with clients in establishing lifetime revocable and irrevocable trusts, including spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), dynastic trusts, and charitable remainder and lead trusts. In addition, Rita represents clients in all aspects of the estate administration process from initial probate to preparation and filing of federal and state estate and inheritance tax returns, estate disclaimers, and numerous other aspects of the estate administration process.
