Overview

Gibbons attorneys are in high demand in the competitive legal market of New York, because we know New York practice inside and out. The state is like nowhere else in many respects, with unique laws and procedures—even judges. The Gibbons New York office has more than 50 lawyers who represent a wide range of clients, from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies. In particular, the firm's New York attorneys serve the interests of several Wall Street financial industry firms, including hedge funds, investments banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and private equity firms. In light of the robust regulatory environment, Gibbons has advised financial services firms in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement matters, as well as corporate transactions and reporting requirements. Not to be overlooked, our attorneys add tremendous value because traditional New York rates are not part of the package.
