Suprotik Das Joins the Gibbons Corporate Group

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Suprotik Das has joined the firm’s Corporate Group as an associate in the firm’s New York City office.

Mr. Das was previously Counsel at Raiti PLLC in New York, New York, where he began as an associate. There, he counseled companies and financial institutions on domestic and international corporate M&A transactions, and advised on capital markets and corporate governance matters.

His past experience also includes a judicial internship with the Honorable Marcy S. Friedman (Ret.) and the Honorable Andrea Masley, New York State Supreme Court, and an associateship at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in India.

Mr. Das earned his B.A., LL.B Hons. (J.D. equivalent), magna cum laude, from Jindal Global Law School in New Delhi, India. He also holds an LL.M. in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and, as advocate and counsellor, in India.
