Supro advises on complex corporate and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus in M&A, venture capital and growth-oriented capital-raising across the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has been a key member of multi-jurisdictional deal teams and has structured, drafted and negotiated key transaction documents for both strategic and financial clients. Supro also supports clients with due diligence coordination, legal memoranda for transactional structuring, and deal execution.
Supro’s client work spans technology, manufacturing, real estate, and emerging businesses. He has represented family offices, private equity sponsors as well as corporate clients, and has developed a track record of building trust through detailed execution and proactive business advice. He serves as outside general counsel to high-growth technology startups, advising on corporate governance, financing, and strategic transactions.
In his previous roles, Supro served as counsel at a corporate boutique in New York, clerked for judges in the New York State Supreme Court (Commercial Division), and practiced M&A and TMT law in India at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University and a J.D.-equivalent law degree from Jindal Global Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude.
