Gibbons Named One of the Nation’s Best Workplaces For Sixth Consecutive Year

Gibbons P.C. has once again earned a place among the country’s Best Medium Workplaces, ranking #36 on the 2021 list compiled by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® consulting firm and Fortune magazine. Gibbons is the only New Jersey-based company and the higher ranking of only two law firms on this year’s Medium workplaces list, which is published on the Great Place to Work website.

In the past year, these same organizations ranked Gibbons 3rd among the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services and 7th among the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in New York – the firm’s highest rankings yet in both of those categories – as well as 24th on the rankings of the Best Places to Work for Millennials and 90th on the list of Best Workplaces for Parents, the firm’s first appearance on either of those lists.

These rankings are the results of the firm’s Great Place to Work® certification, which is based on feedback provided by its employees on an anonymous survey. All Great Place to Work-Certified companies with more than ten and fewer than 1,000 employees are eligible for inclusion on Best Small and Medium Workplace lists that are published throughout the year.

The organization notes of its process, “Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™…Great Place to Work analyzes these experiences relative to each organization’s size, workforce make up, and what’s typical relative to their peers in the industry.”
