Evan H. Holland Joins the Gibbons Products Liability Group

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Evan H. Holland has joined the firm’s Products Liability Group as an associate in the Philadelphia office.

Mr. Holland joins the firm from Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. There, he represented companies and individually named insureds in connection with healthcare liability matters.

Before joining Marshall Dennehey, Mr. Holland served as a law clerk for the Honorable Arnold B. Goldman (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Toms River. While in law school, he was a legal intern for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Philadelphia and Washington, DC, and a certified legal intern for the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic.

Mr. Holland also serves on the Board of Directors for the nonprofit West Jersey Music Academy and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Mr. Holland earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Creighton University. He is admitted to practice in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, state of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
