Mr. Holland is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Products Liability group. He focuses his practice on products liability and mass tort litigation in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. Mr. Holland has significant experience in all stages of litigation, particularly with respect to product design and manufacture defect claims, and has defended matters ranging from catastrophic injury and wrongful death to property loss and breach of contract. The types of products involved span a wide variety of industries, from industrial and mechanical equipment to consumer goods.
Prior to joining Gibbons P.C., Mr. Holland served as law clerk for the Honorable Arnold B. Goldman (Ret.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He maintains an active pro bono practice and also serves on the Board of Directors for the nonprofit West Jersey Music Academy.
