Evan H. Holland is an associate in the Products Liability and Mass Tort practice group based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He represents companies in the pharmaceutical, industrial equipment, consumer products, and property restoration sectors in complex litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and commercial disputes. His experience includes proceedings in state and federal courts and arbitration forums.
Evan works closely with in-house counsel and national trial teams throughout the life of a case, from early risk assessment through trial preparation. He helps shape case themes, advises on litigation strategy, and ensures that discovery, expert coordination, and witness preparation are handled efficiently and effectively. His approach emphasizes collaboration and precision in managing multi-party disputes and high-exposure matters.
In addition to his products liability and mass tort practice, Evan handles construction-related disputes, including mechanics’ lien enforcement and contract litigation, particularly for clients in the property restoration and disaster recovery industries. He maintains an active pro bono practice and previously clerked for the Honorable Arnold B. Goldman (Ret.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
