Charles Korschun Joins the Gibbons Commercial & Criminal Litigation Department

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Charles S. Korschun, who joins the firm as Counsel in the Commercial & Criminal Litigation Department.

Mr. Korschun focuses his practice on complex commercial and securities litigation, arbitration, and government, regulatory, and internal investigations. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in matters concerning the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other authorities. He also advises clients regarding electronic discovery and data privacy. Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Korschun was a senior associate at Mayer Brown LLP in New York.

Mr. Korschun earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law, and his B.A., cum laude, from Duke University. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
