Charles S. Korschun

Counsel, Commercial & Criminal Litigation

Mr. Korschun focuses his practice on complex commercial and securities litigation, arbitration, and government, regulatory, and internal investigations. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in matters concerning the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other authorities. He also advises clients regarding electronic discovery and data privacy.

Mr. Korschun’s pro bono engagements have included representation of clients in civil rights litigation under the Fair Housing Act and the New York State and New York City human rights laws, as well as in matters before the United States Immigration Courts.
