The mission-driven event, Prepared. For. Life. is an annual celebration of the good work of volunteers, families and corporate partners do every day to build a diverse and inclusive generation leaders. Northern New Jersey council believes that the values of leadership lessons of the Scouting program apply to young people from every community, culture, ethnicity, religion or ability. The thought-leadership networking brings together leaders and speakers that support the commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
