Workshop III – Social Justice Activism and Advocacy in the Private Sector

Our nation’s racial reckoning of 2020 spurred a collective response from the legal
profession, including statements of solidarity, funding of anti-racist initiatives and
programs and other measures to advance diversity, equity and inclusion. Where are we as a
profession almost two years later in terms of our commitment to ongoing social justice
activism and advocacy from the private sector?
