The 2021 Insurance Coverage Boot Camp is designed to provide a broad-based introduction to insurance coverage law, with primary emphasis given to the interpretation of insurance contracts, the duties and responsibilities of insurers and policyholders as well as the litigation that flows from this relationship. After discussing some of the fundamentals of insurance law, the panel of experts will delve into several different types of insurance policies, including general liability coverage, claims made policies, and first party property and business interruption.

A special segment on insurance coverage litigation will address the interplay between insurance coverage and litigation, and the many causes of action and issues that arise when handling these cases.
