When the cloud is hacked, when emails are leaked, and people lose their digital assets, questions surrounding cyber insurance and cyber security come to the forefront. And cyber attacks have become more prevalent in our increasingly technologically reliant world. Think Facebook, Quest Diagnostics/LabCorp, and Capital One as some of the more recent breaches. And law firms are not immune. By hacking into corporate and law firm databases, an outsider can secure financial data, social security numbers, user account log-in names and passwords, as well as other highly confidential, important, and valuable information.
