In this first installment of the three-part series, panelists will discuss how litigants can structure their E-Discovery protocols to address new and important data sources and types, including dynamic data from workplace collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack; common corporate instant messaging programs like Lync, Skype, and Cisco Jabber; and ephemeral messaging apps like Wickr and Signal. The panelists will provide practical guidance on the critical issue of pre-litigation program settings, as well as preservation, collection, and production strategies during litigation.
