Mr. Levy has a wide array of experience in general and complex commercial litigation, particularly in federal court — from discovery and depositions to brief-writing and motion practice. His recent areas of focus include consumer class action defense and multi-party construction defect disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levy served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael H. Dolinger, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. While serving in this capacity, he was responsible for drafting and editing judicial decisions across the substantive and procedural spectrum of civil litigation. While in law school, he participated in the Seton Hall Law Investor Advocacy Project, a legal clinic focused on FINRA securities arbitration, and served as the Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
