Speaker, American Planning Association, "Particular Suitability," New Brunswick, NJ

Howard D. Geneselaw, a Director in the Gibbons Real Property & Environmental Group, will serve as a speaker at the upcoming 2014 New Jersey Planning Conference, which will take place January 23-24, at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, NJ.
Mr. Geneslaw’s panel, “Particular Suitability,” will discuss two cases, Advance v. Branchburg and Price v. Himeji, in which the courts have wrestled with use variances and the difficult concept of “particular suitability.” Mr. Geneslaw, along with the other panelists, will provide personal insight into the meaning each case holds and how they deal with “particular suitability” within their fields.
