Stephen R. Donat

Associate, Commercial & Criminal Litigation

Mr. Donat’s legal experience includes a variety of complex business and commercial litigation disputes, including trials in various state and federal courts. While in law school, Mr. Donat served as editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and worked with the Impact Litigation Clinic at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice where he represented indigent clients in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to joining Gibbons, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Justice Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
