Speaker, New Jersey State Bar Association, "Understanding Solar in New Jersey: A Case Study on Commercial Rooftop Solar Installation," New Brunswick, NJ

Frank T. Cannone, Chair of the Corporate Group, will serve as a speaker at the New Jersey Bar Association’s upcoming event, “Understanding Solar in New Jersey: A Case Study on Commercial Rooftop Solar Installation.” Mr. Cannone, along with other panelists representing various parties in a solar installation, will discuss the ins and outs of a fictional rooftop photopholtaic solar energy system. Additional topics of discussion include federal and state incentives, RFPs, EPC contracts, power purchase agreements, SREC trading and lender issues.
