Overview

Mr. Antilety has extensive commercial litigation experience, with a strong focus on construction law. More specifically, he has represented developers, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors in regard to construction defect, construction delay and impact claims, and breach of contract actions.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Antilety was a legal intern at the United States Attorney's Office, E.D.N.Y., Civil Division and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement.
