Enterprising Women

Debra A. Clifford, Counsel to the Commercial & Criminal Litigation Department at Gibbons P.C., appeared in the July 16, 2008 episode of the “Enterprising Women” series, part of “Caucus: New Jersey with Steve Adubato” on public television.

Ms. Clifford, who focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, discussed the pressures of managing both work and family life, and how a supportive workplace can foster a healthy balance. She mentioned the policies, benefits, programs, and mentoring offered through the Gibbons Women’s Initiative as particularly helpful in attaining this balance.
