Robert Hagans Joins The Gibbons Products Liability Group

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Robert F. Hagans III has joined the firm as an associate in the Products Liability Group, resident in the New York office.

Mr. Hagans concentrates his practice in general products liability, focusing on various insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction site accidents, negligent construction and repair, and other negligence causes of action. He has experience conducting legal research, preparing dispositive and pre-trial motions, and deposing fact and expert witnesses. Mr. Hagans has appeared in court for various pre-trial conferences, as well as settlement and case management conferences, oral argument, and trial. Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Hagans was an associate in the General Liability Group of another New Jersey firm.

Mr. Hagans earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from George Mason University. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and the District of Columbia, with New York admission pending. He served as a judicial Intern to the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
