Poornima Gopoji Joins Gibbons Corporate Department

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Poornima Gopoji, who joins the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Corporate Department.

Ms. Gopoji focuses her practice on corporate transactions. She is experienced in handling a broad range of corporate matters including issuances in equity and debt capital markets, cross border investments, private equity, M&A, and fund matters. She worked with large stakeholders and institutional investors across the globe in array of transactions, including private equity investment into India, 144A, and Regulation S IPOs and qualified institutional placements. Ms. Gopoji also regularly advised on general corporate and compliance matters.

Ms. Gopoji earned her LL.M. from New York University School of Law and her combined B.A. and LL.B., with honors, from Nalsar University of Law in India. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York and is a member of the Bar Council of Telangana, India.
