Justin M. Silverberg Joins the Gibbons Business & Commercial Litigation Group

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to welcome Justin Silverberg to the firm as an associate in the Business & Commercial Litigation Group, resident in the Newark, New Jersey, office. Mr. Silverberg brings to Gibbons valuable experience representing corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigations and white-collar criminal matters, investigations, and related regulatory actions.

Mr. Silverberg joins Gibbons from Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC in New York City, where he represented clients in white-collar criminal matters before the United States Department of Justice and various federal regulatory agencies. Prior to his time at Morvillo Abramowitz, Mr. Silverberg served as a judicial law clerk on the United States District Court, District of New Jersey for the Honorable Georgette Castner. Earlier in his career, he worked at two Am Law 20 law firms in New York City.

Mr. Silverberg earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was staff editor and articles editor for the NYU Journal of Law and Business, and his B.A., magna cum laude in government and politics, from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
