Jennifer Rutter Joins the Gibbons Commercial & Criminal Litigation Department

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Jennifer M. Rutter, who joins the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office as an associate in the Commercial & Criminal Litigation Department.

Ms. Rutter has worked on a variety of litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, corporate and LLC dissolution actions, appraisal actions, advancement actions, governance disputes, and corporate control contests. Her practice includes commercial, corporate, and intellectual property litigation components, with a focus on litigation in the Delaware Superior Court and the Delaware Court of Chancery. She has experience researching and drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings in all Delaware courts. Prior to joining Gibbons, Ms. Rutter was an associate at Smith, Katzenstein & Jenkins LLP in Wilmington, DE.

Ms. Rutter earned her JD from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was Research and Bluebook Editor for the Widener Journal of Law, Economics & Race, her MBA from Wilmington University, and her BS from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice in the state of Delaware, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
