Gibbons Welcomes Andrew F. Beck to the Employment & Labor Law Group

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Andrew F. Beck has joined the firm as an associate in the Employment & Labor Law Group, resident in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office. At Gibbons, Mr. Beck works on a wide range of employment and labor matters with a focus on labor law, and employment litigation and counseling matters.

Mr. Beck has represented clients in all aspects of the litigation process, including depositions, motion hearings, mediation, and arbitration. His experience includes preparing pleadings and discovery, discovery and dispositive motions, and witnesses for deposition and trial testimony; preparing for and attending depositions; and engaging in settlement negotiations and mediations.

He joins Gibbons from Goldberg Segalla LLP, where he was an Employment and Labor associate. During law school, he was a legal intern at a private law firm.

Mr. Beck earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his B.S., in Labor Employment Relations, from Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, state of New Jersey, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
