As Gibbons’s CMO, Ms. Roy works with management to define practice development and communications priorities in order to create and execute the most effective supporting campaigns and programs. She focuses in particular on the design and execution of client relations and business development strategies, as well as the firm’s inward- and outward-facing promotional and communications plans and platforms, addressing consistency of messaging and positioning throughout various outlets and media. She also engages all firm legal departments and offices in marketing initiatives.

Bria S. Beaufort, Employment & Labor Law Group Associate

Ms. Beaufort and her fellow honorees were chosen for the magazine’s inaugural Emerging Leader Awards for positively influencing their work environment and colleagues through their personal qualities and actions.

In her practice at Gibbons, Ms. Beaufort defends employers in pre- and post-litigation matters arising from workplace disputes and provides counsel regarding compliance with workplace laws, policy revision and implementation, and more. She is active in numerous bar associations, particularly the Essex County Bar Association (ECBA), for which she has assumed numerous leadership roles and was sworn in this past May as the ECBA’s Young Lawyers Section Trustee. She is the recipient of the ECBA’s 2024 Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award.
