The Construction Law & Litigation Team at Gibbons P.C. has been ranked #47 nationwide by Construction Executive, a leading industry publication, on its third annual “Top 50 Construction Law Firms” list. Gibbons has been selected to this list all three years it has been published.
To compile the list of “Top 50 Construction Firms,” Construction Executive interviewed individuals from hundreds of law firms throughout the United States with dedicated construction practices, in order to determine the industry leaders and the legal issues that are keeping them busy. “The scope of our team’s practice – representing all the various parties to construction projects in all the various aspects of those projects – has afforded these attorneys exceptional practice and industry insight for which they are rightly recognized,” said Patrick C. Dunican Jr., Chairman and Managing Director of Gibbons.
The Gibbons Construction Law & Litigation Team works with owners, developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers, handling contract counseling, public procurement, insurance, and surety issues, among others, as well as all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. The team works on wide-ranging projects that include commercial and residential properties, academic and specialty facilities, marine-based structures, power plants, and various infrastructure projects, and that involve all manners of project deliveries, including traditional design-bid-build, design-build, and public-private partnerships, or “P3” delivery methods.
