Gibbons Launches Logo to Celebrate 85th Anniversary

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce the launch of a special logo celebrating “85 Years of Excellence,” which will be used on all of the firm’s print and electronic communications throughout 2011.

“When we adopted the new Gibbons logo in 2007, we were starting a new chapter at Gibbons and positioning ourselves for the future,” says Patrick C. Dunican Jr., Chairman and Managing Director of Gibbons. “Our ’85 Years’ logo, which is based on the design of the 2007 logo, celebrates the amazing legacy of excellence that made it possible for us to transform so nimbly into a 21st century law firm.”

The new logo implementation officially kicks off the firm’s celebration of its 85th year. This celebration will include many internal and external initiatives that will further strengthen the firm’s branding and recognition in the marketplace and will reinforce the firm’s reputation and longstanding client service commitment.

The firm that is now Gibbons P.C. traces its roots to a two-attorney Newark partnership co-founded by Andrew B. Crummy in 1926. John J. Gibbons joined the firm in 1950. Today, with 230 attorneys, Gibbons is a leading law firm in New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, and Delaware, ranked among the nation’s top 200 by American Lawyer. Gibbons was one of only 20 law firms nationwide to be named to the National Law Journal’s inaugural “Midsize Hot List.”
