Gibbons P.C. has again been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® consulting firm. The firm earned this credential based on feedback provided by its employees on an anonymous survey. Gibbons has been certified as a great workplace for three years in a row – every year the firm has participated in the program. The certification also makes Gibbons eligible to once again earn a place among the country’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces, as we did the past two years, appearing as the highest ranking law firm and one of only three New Jersey based companies on the 2017 Best Medium Workplaces list.
The results of the survey are broken into six categories. Gibbons has increased its score in every category over the past two years, despite starting above 90 percent in each. The firm’s 2018 scores are as follows:
“We are proud to have earned this certification for the third year in a row, because our ongoing recognition underscores just how committed we are to the outstanding employees who make Gibbons the exceptional firm that it is,” says Patrick C. Dunican Jr., the firm’s Chairman and Managing Director. “Employees this happy with the firm are more likely to make our clients equally happy.”
Gibbons has been recognized as a great workplace by various other organizations, most recently appearing on the NJBIZ “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” for the 13th consecutive year. In addition, the firm was the only New Jersey company selected to the 2008 “Best Places to Work in America” list by the Society for Human Resources Management and Great Place to Work Institute, and has been named one of the best places to work in New York City and Pennsylvania by such publications as Crain’s New York Business, Central Penn Business Journal, and Philadelphia Business Journal.
