Gibbons P.C. has again been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® consulting firm. Gibbons earned this credential based on feedback provided by its employees on an anonymous survey. The firm has been certified as a great workplace for five years in a row – every year it has participated in the program.

The certification also makes Gibbons eligible to once again earn a place among the country’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces, as the firm has done for the past four years, appearing as the only New Jersey-based company and the most highly ranked law firm on the most recent Best Medium Workplaces list.

The 2020 survey results are broken into numerous categories. Highlights of the firm’s 2020 scores include:

“We are extremely proud to have earned this certification for the fifth year in a row,” says Patrick C. Dunican Jr., the firm’s Chairman and Managing Director. “Being recognized by our employees as a great workplace, especially in these uncertain times, underscores our unwavering commitment to employee satisfaction, which ultimately leads to client satisfaction.”

Gibbons has been recognized as a great workplace by various other organizations, most recently appearing on the NJBIZ “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” for the 15th consecutive year. In addition, the firm was the only New Jersey company selected to the 2008 “Best Places to Work in America” list by the Society for Human Resources Management and Great Place to Work Institute, and has been named one of the best places to work in New York City and Pennsylvania by such publications as Crain’s New York Business, Central Penn Business Journal, and Philadelphia Business Journal.
