David Miller Joins Gibbons Real Property & Environmental Department

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that David J. Miller has joined the firm as an associate in the Real Property & Environmental Department.

Mr. Miller focuses his practice on environmental regulatory, real estate, and corporate transactional matters. He has experience in a variety of areas, including site remediation and due diligence issues. Most recently, he was an Environmental associate at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla P.C. in Red Bank, NJ, where he represented clients before various environmental agencies, including the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA); drafted and reviewed environmental provisions of contracts involved in development projects; and counseled clients on environmental issues involved in real estate transactions.

Prior to working at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, he was an associate at Lieberman & Blecher, P.C., a law clerk in the Office of the Regional Counsel at the US EPA in Philadelphia, and an intern for the Office of Legislative Affairs and Special Assistant to the Commissioner at the NJDEP in Trenton. He also worked for the Office of Governor Jon Corzine as an Aide to the Governor for Advance & Briefings.

Mr. Miller earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden and his B.A. from The College of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
