Throughout, evidentiary issues most frequently encountered will be emphasized, along with steps to take in advance of, during, and following evidence problems.

As a way of saying “thank you,” the City Bar Center for CLE is now offering a special 15% discount off of member and non-member prices to faculty members’ clients and colleagues. There are restrictions on the combination of other discounts when using the 15% discount.
