Mark S. Sidoti, Chair of the E-Discovery Task Force, will serve as a panelist discussing ediscovery issues at the 2008 Aviation Trial Demonstrations and Cutting Edge Issues CLE Seminar hosted by the New York City Bar. Mr. Sidoti and his panel will discuss how e-discovery obligations affect lawyers’ ethical obligations, including a lawyer’s duty to provide “competent representation” and make a “reasonably diligent effort” to comply with discovery requests and litigation hold requirements.
