Speaker, New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting & Convention, "Navigating the 2024 Amendments to OPRA and Recent Caselaw"

The panel will discuss how practitioners can navigate the amendments to the Open Public Records Act that became effective on Sept. 3, 2024, as well as recent caselaw developments in OPRA. We have three confirmed speakers plus the moderator, but we are working on adding additional speakers, including a member of the Judiciary, an attorney who represents Boards of Education, and the Executive Director of the Government Records Council.
