This presentation, designed to provide guidance for law clerks, young lawyers, and law students, will feature a panel of associates at New Jersey law firms discussing their experiences and advice regarding issues likely to be encountered when transitioning from law school or a judicial clerkship to a law firm. Topics of discussion include, but are not limited to, mentoring, personal interactions, ethical obligations, confidentiality, networking, common representation problems and questions. The format is intended to be interactive with audience participation encouraged.
