Speaker, New Jersey State Bar Association 2019 Annual Meeting and Convention, "Hot Topics in White Collar Crime," Atlantic City, NJ

Program will cover areas of hot topics in white collar crime, from the perspective of the Court, the Prosecution and the Defense. The proposed panel will include a NJ Supreme Court Justice, who is a former Assistant US Attorney and defense counsel; a County Prosecutor; a defense counsel, who is a former NJ Deputy Attorney General in the Insurance Fraud and Environmental Crimes Sections (and former Chair NJSBA Criminal Law Section); a former Assistant US Attorney, now a defense counsel; and, defense counsel (present Chair of the Criminal Law Section).
