The program will focus on different aspects of “The Bid” process, including discussions on types of bids, preparation of a bid and bid protests. In addition, the panel will discuss the impact of electronic bidding on this process. Next, the panel will delve into the opposite end of construction law practice, and focus on “The Claim” and issues that arise when subcontractors change during a project as well as surety and bond claims concerns.
