Speaker, Medical Transportation Association of New Jersey, "Union at Your Door?" East Windsor, NJ

On May 9, John C. Romeo, a Director in the Gibbons Empoyment & Labor Law Group, will present “Union at Your Door” at the Medical Transportation Association of New Jersey’s Mid-Year Industry Conference.

Mr. Romeo’s presentation will focus on employment issues that employers should be aware of such as unionizing actions in New Jersey, 2012 NLRB updates, and new issues arising from the increase in employee use of social media.
