To many, workplace investigations appear to be a routine and straightforward process. However, even though proper investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation or other inappropriate conduct in the workplace are essential, many are still not handled correctly, thus creating even more obstacles for the business to overcome. John C.
