Speaker, Hildebrandt Institute, "Retaining Women in the Legal Profession," New York, NY

March 5, 2008

This conference is designed to advance the dialog between law firm management and corporate general counsel with regard to stopping the “brain drain”: stemming the tide of female partner attrition in the legal profession. The forum will include candid and interactive discussions with both law firm and corporate thought leaders in gender and diversity issues, as well as substantive programs on women’s initiatives and the roadblocks that keep them from succeeding; equitable compensation systems; and possible solutions for the attrition and retention problem. Gibbons Chairman & Managing Director, Patrick C. Dunican, Jr., will be one of the law firm leaders speaking at the conference. Gibbons has been recognized as having one of the lowest female attorney attrition rates among law firms throughout the country.
