Today, more than ever, timely and effective workplace investigations are a business imperative. With scrutiny by federal, state, and local agencies on the rise and the ongoing obligation to respond to employee complaints of whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, it is critical that in-house counsel, human resources and/or managers be equipped to adequately conduct or coordinate investigations.
