Other panelists will discuss the topical areas of international e-discovery and privacy laws and the impact of social media such as Facebook and Twitter on corporate information and litigation management. Finally, renowned e-discovery expert Michael Arkfeld will again discuss key developments in e-discovery law over the past year.
