Every legislative session, the Governor signs hundreds of bills into law, many of which are barely noticed but can have big effects. At this presentation, Mike DeLoreto will discuss the laws Governor Murphy signed in 2020-2021 and their potential impact on your practice and our clients, such as:

• repeal of the State’s COVID-19 public health emergency and extension of certain emergency orders;
• new economic incentive programs for businesses investing in New Jersey; and
• the establishment of an “Electronic Permit Processing Review System.”
