After years of clashing with the Christie Administration, the New Jersey Legislature has been moving swiftly to pass progressive legislation and get it onto Governor Murphy’s desk. In the last few weeks, the Legislature has passed both pay equity and paid sick leave legislation that is poised to have a significant impact on New Jersey employers, and there is more on the horizon.
