Pro bono representation can be extremely rewarding, but like any legal representation, the Rules of Professional Conduct apply. This practical course is designed to identify and address common ethical issues that arise in pro bono representation, specifically those pertaining to client communication, confidentiality, potential conflicts and, for clinic participants, limited-scope representations.
