At this seminar, the speakers will provide an overview of the recent amendments to New Jersey’s Open Public Records Act, which take effect on September 3, 2024.

The discussion topics will include:

• changes made to existing exemptions from access,
• the creation of new exemptions,
• changes made to the process by which records are requested and produced,
• changes to the attorney’s fee provision, and
• the inclusion of wholly new provisions in the Act.
