Speaker, Association of Corporate Counsel - New Jersey Chapter, "Recent Issues and Trends in the Negotiation of SaaS Agreements"

As part of the ACC New Jersey – Association of Corporate Counsel annual conference, Gibbons Director Peter Frazza, leader of the firm’s software-as-a-service practice, will present “Recent Issues and Trends in the Negotiation of SaaS Agreements” on September 16, together with Maria Sileno DeLoughry, SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer (Legal) of Hackensack Meridian Health. Peter and Maria will use their recent negotiation experiences to address a series of topics for the purchasers of SaaS tools, and they will lay out traps for the unwary, outside influences impacting negotiations, and some standard contractual provisions with a new twist.
