Speaker, 2020 Labor and Employment Law Forum, "Workplace Harassment and Discrimination: S121 in Retrospect: Has the Sky Fallen or Things Still the Same? Governor Murphy’s Proposal to Amend the LAD," New Brunswick, NJ

Focus of this group will be on workplace harassment and discrimination and the impact of S-121, as well as a discussion of Governor Murphy’s proposal to amend the LAD. We will assume that the audience is generally familiar with the nuts and bolts of handling employment litigation matters. We will have a short talking heads segment to introduce the issue and provide an overview of S-121 and some of the issues implicated by that new statute.
