Zachary represents employers and management in employment litigation before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. His practice focuses on defending claims involving whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other workplace disputes.
In addition to his litigation work, Zachary counsels clients across a range of industries on day-to-day employment matters. He regularly advises on leave and accommodation issues, hiring and termination practices, employee handbooks and policy development, and compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, P.J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Essex Vicinage.
