Mr. Miller most recently completed a clerkship for the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, P.J.S.C., Essex Vicinage, Civil Division, where he was responsible for preparing motion write-ups, revising letter opinions, and conducting legal research. Prior to his judicial clerkship, Mr. Miller was a law clerk at a mid-size law firm, where he drafted memos and conducted legal research on various legal issues and interviewed numerous clients to assist in deposition preparation and the completion of responsive discovery documents in consumer class action matters.
Mr. Miller focuses his practice in the area of employment and labor law. He works on a range of employment issues, concentrating on both employment litigation and counseling matters.
